Our Why:

Dr. Zinke is a lifelong multi-sport athlete whose own relationship with movement was shaped by a knee injury that went misdiagnosed for nearly six years. By the time she finally got answers, surgery was the main option on the table—but it wasn’t the path she wanted to take.

Instead, she chose to rebuild from the ground up through movement, strength, and learning how to truly work with her body instead of against it. That journey didn’t just get her back to running, cycling, and coaching—it completely changed how she views movement itself.

The Movement Edit was born from that experience. It’s a coaching space built to help people move with more confidence, strength, and ease in their everyday lives and in the activities they love.

The goal is simple: to be the coach she needed when she was stuck, unsure, and trying to figure it out on her own—someone to guide the process, simplify the work, and help people feel strong in their bodies again.‍ ‍
